Echizen Washi

One of my Chinese friends sent me some moon cakes this Augutst knowing I used to love them.

What I loved most is this kind on the first photo. It has a pie texture, not like Japanese normal cakes. I remember, one day, I was really longing for this and bought one package which had seven of them. I ate them all at a time...... but of course I couldn't finish the last one feeling so much full plus very sick.....

Yes, that was my last memory when I had moon cakes........ . Even now I cannot try again because I would remember how sick I felt. 

But I enjoy this new kind of moon cakes made from chocolates !!!
