I was asked to make fans with `washi `...... Well, while I was making, I kept wondering ` What is washi ??? `
I would have to leave its texture so that people can feel washi when they look at it.
My image for washi was very different from what it is here before I started papermaking, for I didn't know `gampi ` ` kozo` and `mitsumata ` themselves, which are the main three materials in papermaking in Japan.
The person asked me to make doesn't do any papermaking. Should I follow my old image for washi ??
